We're looking for an experienced Sales Assistant / Sales Telecaller to join our remote team.
What You'll Do
Call and follow up with warm leads from webinars, social media, ads & referrals
Understand prospects' business challenges and goals
Build rapport and maintain regular follow-ups
Present our coaching programs confidently
Handle objections and guide prospects through enrollment
Achieve monthly sales & enrollment targets
Update leads and follow-ups in Google Sheets/CRM
Submit daily sales activity reports
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, telecalling, counseling or customer support
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
Confident and comfortable speaking on calls
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets & WhatsApp Business
Self-motivated, target-oriented and energetic
Ability to handle objections and convert interested prospects
