Position: Receptionist
Location: Eswar Psychiatric Clinic & Counselling Centre
Employment Type: Full time / Part time
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a polite and skilled manner.
Handle patient appointments, registrations, and scheduling.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and respond to patient queries appropriately.
Maintain patient records, appointment details, and basic administrative documentation.
Coordinate with doctors, psychologists, and other staff regarding appointments and patient flow.
Manage billing, consultation fee collection, and basic payment records.
Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
