Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to plan, manage, and successfully deliver IT projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project management, client communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and other team members.
Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide regular updates.
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and take appropriate action.
Conduct regular team meetings and project status reviews.
Manage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationships.
Prepare project reports, documentation,



and status updates.
Ensure project quality and follow company processes and standards.
Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Required Skills
3–6 years of experience in IT Project Management.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.
Positive understanding of web/mobile development projects.
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar is preferred.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Management, or a related field.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
