Role & responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for full-stack web applications.
Build and maintain scalable Playwright automation frameworks using TypeScript/JavaScript.
Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing across UI and backend layers.
Validate complex business workflows, system integrations, APIs, and backend data flows.
Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines and maintain reliable continuous test execution.
Use AI/LLM-assisted testing tools for test-case generation, failure analysis, and improving test coverage.
Analyze defects, identify recurring quality issues, and recommend improvements to testing strategy.
Collaborate with frontend, backend, product, and engineering teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Validate backend data structures, including MongoDB, as part of end-to-end testing.
Contribute to automation framework improvements, reusable components, test data strategies, and overall quality engineering practices.





Preferred candidate profile
Strong hands-on experience in manual and automation testing of enterprise-scale web applications.
Proven expertise in Playwright automation using TypeScript/JavaScript.
Robust experience testing React applications, REST APIs, and backend systems.
Valuable understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Experience integrating and scaling test automation within CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
Exposure to AI/LLM-assisted testing and modern QA tooling is desirable.
Knowledge of API contract testing, schema validation, data-driven testing, mocks, and service virtualization is preferred.
Exposure to performance, load, or reliability testing is an added advantage.
Solid analytical, debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Supply Chain / Logistics domain experience is a plus.
