Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, components, consumables, and services.
Plan and execute BOM-based purchasing as per production and MRP requirements.
Procure plastic resins, masterbatches, additives, injection molding components, molds, tooling, and assembly parts.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors.
Obtain quotations and negotiate price, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, Engineering, and Quality teams for material requirements.
Manage CAPEX & OPEX procurement, including machinery, equipment, tools, maintenance items, and consumables.




Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted production by avoiding stock-outs and excess inventory.
Track supplier performance, delivery timelines, quality, and procurement costs.
Maintain vendor records, purchase data, quotations, POs, invoices, and contracts in ERP.
Prepare procurement MIS and purchase reports.
Identify cost-saving prospects through vendor negotiation, alternate suppliers, and strategic sourcing.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
