Recruiter – HeadHR Consultancy Location: Hadapsar, Pune Working Days: Monday to Saturday Experience: 0–2 Years Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels. Screen profiles, conduct initial candidate calls, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates for interview feedback, selection, and joining.
Skills Required: Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. Solid sourcing and candidate-screening skills. Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals. Freshers with a robust interest in recruitment may also apply.
