Job Summary

Sahyog Fincap Private Limited is looking for motivated and result-oriented candidates for the position of Sales & Collection Executive. The selected candidates will be responsible for generating recent business, managing customer relationships, and handling field collection activities.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new customers and business opportunities for loan products.
Promote and sell Vehicle Loans, Business Loans and other financial products.
Conduct field visits for customer acquisition and collection.
Follow up with customers for timely EMI payments.
Handle overdue accounts and coordinate recovery activities.
Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Complete customer documentation and KYC coordination.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection ta rgets.




Prepare and submit daily sales and collection reports.

Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to work in the field.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
