Training need assessment, designing, developing, implementing & evaluating training programs
Provide input to stakeholders on knowledge and skills developmental requirements based on the market and business priorities & market/customer feedback.
Required Candidate profile
5+ years of as a First Line Manager (FLM) and at least 2+ years as a Training Manager is desirable.
Fluency in written and spoken English communication with a neutral accent.
