Job Title: Sales Consultant
Employment Type: Full time
About the Role The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, providing suitable product/service solutions, and driving sales. The role involves customer interaction, lead follow-up, product presentation, and achieving sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.
– Guide customers through our collections and diamond story
– Build client relationships and close sales
– Meet individual sales targets
– Upsell and cross-sell across collections to grow basket size
– Maintain accurate records of client preferences and follow-ups
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
