Role & responsibilities
Assist the Sales Engineers and Sales Managers in day-to-day sales activities.
Support the team in preparing quotations, proposals, and commercial documents.
Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, technical details, and delivery information.
Identify and collect potential customer leads through online research, directories, references, and other sources.
Support the sales team in generating current business prospects.
Maintain and regularly update the lead database.
Accompany senior Sales Engineers/Managers during customer and site visits when required.
Assist in collecting site details, measurements, photographs, and customer requirements.
Prepare visit reports and share relevant information with the concerned team
