:
Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with the Cambridge Primary framework.
Develop students' understanding of mathematical concepts rather than relying solely on rote learning.
Use hands-on activities, games, real-life situations and technology to make Mathematics meaningful.
Develop students' mathematical reasoning, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Encourage students to explore, question, investigate and explain their mathematical thinking.
Connect Mathematics concepts with everyday life and interdisciplinary learning wherever appropriate
Oversee assigned out-of-classroom activities during the school day, as needed.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by the principal or superintendent.

Requirements




Atleast 2 years prior experience teaching Primary Mathematics is preferred.
Experience with the Cambridge curriculum will be an advantage.
Candidates with experience in inquiry-based, experiential or activity-based Mathematics teaching will be preferred.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Valuable Rapport with students
