We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Managers to join our growing team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and business development across assigned territories and product lines, including books & journals, e-learning platforms, simulation tools, and skill development courses.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
Engage with pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and medical institutions to promote sponsorships, bulk subscriptions, and team-oriented programs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, academic liaison) to ensure timely and effective delivery of client solutions.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences, strengthening visibility and strategic partnerships.
Act as a strategic interface between the market and internal product teams, providing insights to shape future offerings.

Required Skills & Experience
0 to 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in medical publishing, pharma sponsorships, or healthcare solutions.




Strong network of contacts within pharmaceutical marketing teamsparticularly in brand management, medical affairs, and discovery units.
Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
Demonstrated success in managing the end-to-end sales cycleprospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
Familiarity with digital platforms, educational tools, or content-based solutions targeting doctors and healthcare institutions.
Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.
