We are seeking an experienced Python Architect with a robust background in automation and Generative AI/LLM technologies to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 15 years of industry experience, a deep understanding of Python programming, and expertise in building and scaling large language models and AI-driven automation workflows.

Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and design of Python-based automation frameworks and AI solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Develop and deploy Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications, integrating them with existing enterprise systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements,



evaluate emerging AI technologies, and translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
Mentor and guide junior developers and data scientists on best practices in Python coding, automation, and AI model development.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments to uphold high standards of code quality and system integrity.
Stay current with industry trends in AI, machine learning, and automation, and recommend creative approaches to enhance product capabilities.

Requirements
8 to 15 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Python.
Proven expertise in Python automation, scripting, and building production-grade applications.
Hands‑on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and related frameworks such as Hugging Face, OpenAI, or similar.
Solid architectural skills, including designing scalable, modular, and maintainable systems.
Excellent problem‑solving abilities, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
