Key Responsibilities
Sales & Collection
Source recent customers for products like:

Group Loans a)Generate leads through:
FieldVisit(Sourcing)
ReferralsReferrals

b)Achieve monthly sales/disbursement targets 2. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Provide product information and resolve customer queries
Ensure repeat business and referrals

3.Documentation & Processing
Collect and verify KYC documents
Assist customers in loan application process
Coordinate with credit team for loan approval
Ensure proper documentation as perReserve Bank of India guidelines
Collections & Follow-ups
Follow up on EWI payments
Remind customers of due dates
Support collection team in recovery cases




Maintain good portfolio quality
Market Development
Build network with:

Direct Customer Telecalling(Reference From other customer &other; Finance

Qualifications & Skills ,Education
Minimum: +2 / Graduate (preferred)

Experience
1–3 years
Experience in sales/finance is an advantage

Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Sales and target-oriented mindset
Basic financial product knowledge
Field work readiness
Local language proficiency (very significant)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
