We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Sales & Customer Care Intern to join our team. The intern will assist with customer queries, sales activities, and day-to-day customer communication.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Respond to customer questions and provide information about products and orders.
Assist customers with order-related issues, complaints, and follow-ups.
Support sales activities and follow up with potential customers.
Maintain customer records and update order details.
Coordinate with the operations team to resolve customer issues.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
Support other sales and customer service activities as required.





Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
Valuable Malayalam and English communication skills.
Willingness to learn sales and customer service.
Freshers and students looking for internship experience can apply.
