DEXBED INNOVATIONS PVT. LTD. is a furniture manufacturing company established in 2022, specializing in cutting-edge, space-saving, and multi-utility furniture solutions. We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Ernakulam.

Job Responsibilities
Manage and motivate the sales team.
Handle and monitor telecalling activities.
Generate leads and follow up with customers.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Monitor individual and team performance.
Train and guide team members.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare regular sales reports.
Identify recent sales opportunities and support business growth.

Requirements
Any Degree.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales and team management experience is preferred.
Good telecalling and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to lead and manage a team.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
