Sales Manager – Education SectorJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our education sales team and drive student enrolment, institutional partnerships, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will develop and implement sales strategies, manage the admissions/sales team, build relationships with students, parents, schools, universities, and corporate clients, and ensure the achievement of enrolment and revenue targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve student enrolment and revenue targets.
Identify and develop current business prospects within the education market.
Generate leads through schools, universities, education fairs, digital channels, events, referrals, and partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
Develop partnerships with schools,



universities, training organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
Conduct presentations and promote educational programs, courses, and services to prospective students and organizations.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion from enquiry to enrolment.
Negotiate and close corporate, institutional, and partnership opportunities.

Team Management
Lead, motivate, and manage the admissions/sales team.
Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.
Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Train team members on programs,

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
