The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing business strategies, managing client relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, team leadership, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage a robust network of channel partners and sales associates
On-board new associates and provide them with the necessary project training, pricing, and sales tools
Drive partner engagement through regular meetings and site visits
Monitor associate performance and help them achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Act as a key link between Arsha’s internal sales/marketing teams and external channel partners
Ensure proper communication of new project launches, offers, and inventory updates to all associates
Support partners in lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closure of deals
Maintain and update partner information, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.




Plan and execute channel partner events, reward programs, and site tours to boost engagement
Track market trends and competitor activities to identify recent partnership opportunities
Ensure transparency, professionalism, and compliance with company policies in all partner dealings

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2–8 years of experience in real estate
Proven experience in managing associate networks and achieving sales targets
Robust communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
In-depth understanding of the real estate market
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications
Ability to work independently, manage multiple partners, and travel as needed

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
