Key Responsibilities
Handle daily operations of the assigned retail outlet.
Attend customers professionally and provide product information.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Manage billing, cash handling and POS transactions accurately.
Ensure proper product display, weighing, packing and pricing.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the concerned team.
Maintain outlet cleanliness, hygiene and food-safety standards.
Follow company SOPs for meat handling, storage, packing and customer service.
Check product quality, freshness and expiry/usable dates.
Maintain daily sales, stock and wastage records.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen/production/store team whenever required.
Support promotions, offers and current product launches.




Monitor wastage and help control operational expenses.
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
Report operational issues to the reporting manager promptly.

Eligibility
Education: Any Degree / Diploma; relevant retail experience preferred.
Experience: 2–3 years in retail, FMCG, food, supermarket, QSR or similar operations preferred.
Freshers with positive communication and customer-handling skills may also be considered.
Basic knowledge of ZOHO, POS, billing and MS Office is an advantage.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month + incentives (based on experience and interview performance).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
