Sales Development Manager – Kannur

Education: Graduation in any stream

Experience: Relevant sales/insurance experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:
Recruit and develop Financial Consultants (Agents).
Build and maintain a strong sales network.
Train, guide, and motivate the team.
Meet customers and agents within the assigned area.
Achieve sales and business targets.
Support the team in pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
