Summary of the Role The RPA & Agentic Developer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge intelligent automation solutions. This role emphasizes the integration of traditional Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with Agentic AI and Generative AI capabilities, focusing on automating end-to-end business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop intelligent automation solutions utilizing RPA, Agentic AI, and Generative AI.
Automate end-to-end business processes for various enterprise applications.
Create AI agents capable of reasoning, decision-making, and collaborating within RPA workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation prospects across the organization.
Integrate RPA tools with existing systems and applications to enhance workflow efficiency.




Conduct testing and validation of automated workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
Provide support and troubleshooting for deployed automation solutions.
Document automation processes, workflows, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in RPA and AI technologies to drive innovation.

Required Qualifications Must-Have
Proven experience in RPA development (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
Robust understanding of AI concepts including Agentic AI and Generative AI.
Experience in designing and implementing automation solutions in enterprise environments.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
Ability to analyze and optimize business processes for automation.

Nice-to-Have
Experience with machine learning and data analytics.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools.
Previous experience in a healthcare environment.
