Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily production on the RTE (Ready-to-Eat) line .
Ensure production targets, product quality, and timely completion of batches.
Monitor cooking, processing, filling, packing, and line operations.
Supervise manpower and ensure proper utilization of raw materials and packaging materials.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, hygiene, and SOPs .
Monitor wastage, downtime, yield, and overall line efficiency.
Maintain batch records, production reports, and shift documentation.

Requirements:
Diploma / B.Tech in Food Technology / Food Science / related field .
4–8 years of experience in RTE, FMCG, food processing, or packaged food manufacturing .
Robust knowledge of food safety, production processes, and manpower handling.
Positive leadership and problem-solving skills.
