Lead and manage recruitment operations for the RE business vertical

Must have prior proven experience in recruitment domain handling clients and team management
Establish, manage, and nurture client relationships
Responsible for acquiring minimum 2 recent clients per quarter for recruitment business
Ensure SLAs and timelines for resume sourcing, screening, and submission are met by the recruitment team
Drive recruitment processes including screening, quality checks, conversions, client feedback, interview coordination, and closure
Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to process compliance and operational efficiency




Handle both client hiring and internal hiring requirements end-to-end
Manage escalations, reporting, weekly MIS, hiring trackers, and closure analytics
Work closely with management on expansion roadmap, hiring strategy, and recent business onboarding
No calling or searching required personallybut must ensure the team executes efficiently
