Job Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team.
Achieve sales targets and drive store performance.
Manage inventory, stock availability, and product replenishment.
Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising.
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries.
Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and operational standards.
Ensure proper opening and closing of the store.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
