Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, handle leads, and convert prospects into customers. The candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation through multiple online platforms, especially IndiaMART.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and develop new sales leads through IndiaMART and other online platforms.
Handle incoming inquiries and respond to leads promptly.
Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Make regular follow-up calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication with prospects.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Prepare and share quotations with prospective customers.
Maintain and update customer and lead databases.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, dispatches, and customer requirements.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
Research new markets, industries, and potential customers for business development.




Maintain qualified relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales activities.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience in Sales / Business Development / Lead Generation.
Hands-on experience with IndiaMART is mandatory/preferred.
Good knowledge of lead generation through online platforms.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Experience in B2B / Manufacturing / Industrial Sales will be an added advantage.

Sunday – Weekly Off
