Hiring: E-commerce & Category Lead | D2C Wellnes

We’re building a new-age D2C wellness brand, founded by repeat entrepreneurs and backed by Tier-1 VCs.

We’re looking for a high-ownership E-commerce & Category Lead to own and scale the business across D2C, marketplaces and quick commerce.

What you’ll own:

- D2C growth, revenue, conversion & category P&L;
- Meta Ads performance, CAC, ROAS & creative insights
- Amazon, Flipkart & other marketplaces
- Quick Commerce — Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart
- Product launches, pricing, promotions & assortment
- Brand campaigns, communication & consumer insights
- Website merchandising, CRO, AOV & retention
- Weekly business analytics and growth experiments
- Cross-functional execution across Brand,



Performance, NPD, Supply Chain & Operations

Who we’re looking for:

- 3–7 years across D2C / E-commerce / Consumer brands
- Solid analytical and commercial thinking
- Hands-on understanding of Meta Ads & performance marketing
- Experience with marketplaces and/or quick commerce
- Strong consumer & brand sensibility
- High ownership, speed and bias for execution

This is a business ownership role, not just a marketing role. You’ll have the opportunity to build and scale a consumer category from the ground up.
