We are looking for a smart, curious and highly motivated E-commerce & Business Development Intern who wants hands-on exposure to how a growing apparel brand operates across online marketplaces, its own website, business development and AI-enabled workflows.

This is not an internship where you simply observe or prepare reports.

You will work on real business activities across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify and other channels while working closely with our management and e-commerce teams.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON1. E-commerce Operations

- Assist with daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify and other marketplaces
- Monitor product listings, pricing, promotions and inventory
- Track orders, returns, cancellations and marketplace issues
- Assist with product catalogue updates
- Monitor account-health and operational issues
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams
- Help maintain marketplace and sales trackers
- Follow up on pending e-commerce tasks until completion

2. Business Development & Growth

- Research new business opportunities and sales channels
- Identify potential B2B customers, retailers, distributors and business partners
- Research recent marketplaces and platforms where ROBINBOSKY can sell
- Assist with lead generation and customer research
- Prepare basic presentations, proposals and business information
- Follow up with prospective customers and partners
- Research competitors, pricing and market trends
- Identify recent opportunities to increase sales and expand the business

3. AI Tools & Research

You will be encouraged to actively use modern AI tools such as:

- ChatGPT
- Gemini
- Claude
- AI research tools




- AI productivity and automation tools

AI will be used for practical business work including:
- Market research
- Competitor analysis
- E-commerce research
- Data analysis
- Product and listing research
- Drafting emails and communication
- Preparing reports
- Creating presentations
- Solving marketplace issues
- Business-development research
- Improving existing business processes

You don't need to already be an AI expert.

We are looking for someone who is curious about AI, learns quickly and wants to use technology to work smarter.

4. Data, Reporting & Analysis

- Work with Excel / Google Sheets
- Prepare daily and weekly reports
- Analyse sales and operational data
- Track marketplace performance
- Identify products or channels performing well or poorly
- Maintain structured trackers
- Convert raw information into useful summaries for management

5. Business Operations

- Coordinate with e-commerce, production, warehouse, dispatch and administration teams
- Follow up on assigned tasks
- Help management research and execute new ideas
- Assist in documenting processes and SOPs
- Identify repetitive work that could be simplified or automated
- Help test new tools, software and workflows
