Job Summary:

We are looking for a Team Lead – Embedded Hardware Design with solid hands-on experience in circuit design, power electronics, embedded hardware, schematic design, and communication interfaces. The candidate will be responsible for leading the hardware design team, reviewing designs, guiding team members, and ensuring smooth hardware development, testing, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Experience designing and testing DC-DC converters, switching regulators, LDOs, etc.
- Proficiency in Schematic Design using ORCAD
- Lead the hardware design and development activities from requirements to testing and validation.
- Hands-on experience in circuit design, microcontroller interfacing and sensor integration
- Knowledge of communication protocols like Ethernet, CAN, SPI, UART, RS-485, and I2C
- Familiarity with power management circuits and low-power designs
- Candidates must have hands-on experience and/or understanding of Hardware design and development




- Understanding and selection of HW components like MOSFETs, gate drivers ICs, sensors, filters etc.
- Hands-on experience with Simulation tools, e.g. LTSpice, etc.
- Experience in using basic test equipment like Oscilloscopes, Power meters, electronic loads etc.
- Hands-on experience in creating schematics in Altium, Orcad or similar software.
- Good to know about PCB design reviews and component engineering for BOM management.
- Experience in understanding hardware requirement engineering processes.
- Knowledge of EMC/EMI
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and certification processes (e.g., CE, FCC, RoHS, NEMA TS2).
