Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that support business growth and brand visibility. This role involves managing social media campaigns, performance marketing activities, and online lead generation across multiple channels.

The Digital Marketing

Manager will analyze web and campaign performance data, prepare regular reports, and refine strategies based on insights and KPIs. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams for content and creatives, overseeing agency or vendor partners as needed, managing budgets,



and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. The role also requires staying updated on digital trends in B2B and enterprise technology sectors and proposing new tactics to enhance reach and conversion.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience in planning and executing integrated online campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including managing brand presence, community engagement, and paid social campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills focused on B2B funnels, nurturing, and conversion optimization.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, including using tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms to track performance and derive insights.
- Relevant experience in managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content-driven campaigns is beneficial.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills are required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, and prior experience in technology or SaaS-based companies is preferred.
