The roleYou own demand generation across both sides of the marketplace: buyers who raise RFQs, and sellers who subscribe to respond to them. This is a hands-on role with a number attached — you will be measured on qualified RFQs and seller subscriptions, not on impressions. What you'll doOwn the buyer funnel end to end: paid search and social, SEO and content, LinkedIn, email — from first touch to the first RFQ raised Run multi-channel outreach at scale across our ~9 lakh contact database — email sequences (Apollo.io), SMS/RCS/WhatsApp (ICS), LinkedIn — with clean segmentation, deliverability hygiene and honest attribution Build the seller-side motion: acquisition campaigns, credit-depletion and subscription-renewal journeys, win-back Write and direct the copy.
Our tone is consultative and peer-to-peer — a sourcing expert talking to a procurement head, insight first, product second. Generic drip sequences don't clear the bar here Own SEO and the content engine: category pages, procurement/sourcing content, case studies, landing pages that convert Run the Enterprise QUA AI campaigns aimed at CPOs, procurement heads and finance leaders, plus support for the consultant and CA referral channels Own the marketing dashboard: spend, CPL, cost per RFQ, seller CAC, channel-level payback — reported weekly Manage agencies,
freelancers and the social/campaign interns; set the calendar and hold the quality bar Run marketing automation and workflow tooling (n8n or similar) so campaigns, enrichment and follow-ups don't depend on manual effort Own brand presence across the website, LinkedIn and collateral, including investor- and enterprise-facing material What you need 1–7 years in digital marketing, with real B2B demand-gen ownership — marketplace, SaaS, manufacturing or industrial B2B strongly preferred Proven performance marketing: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, with budgets you've actually owned and outcomes you can defend Strong SEO fundamentals plus content direction — you can brief, edit and rewrite, not just commission Hands-on with marketing automation and CRM/sequencing tools (Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho, n8n or equivalent) Genuinely positive written English and the judgement to tell sharp copy from filler Analytical: GA4, Search Console, dashboards, and comfort defending numbers in a weekly review Self-starting.
