Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing and AI Content Specialist role based in Chennai. The specialist will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, email, and web, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment. Day-to-day tasks include creating and optimizing content for different platforms, using AI tools to generate and refine copy, visuals, and marketing assets, and analyzing performance data to improve campaign outcomes.

The role involves close coordination with design, sales, and product teams to support launches, promotions, and ongoing marketing initiatives. The specialist will also monitor trends in AI, marketing technology, and consumer behavior,



recommending improvements to workflows, content strategies, and channel mix.

Qualifications

- Strong digital marketing skills, including experience with social media marketing, search engine marketing, email campaigns, and web analytics.
- Ability to create, edit, and optimize content for web, social media, and other digital channels, with attention to clarity, tone, and brand guidelines.
- Comfort working with AI-powered tools for content generation, automation, and analytics, and willingness to learn new platforms and technologies.
