Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Executive role based in the Pune Division.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google, track campaign metrics, and optimize strategies to improve lead generation and conversion. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, coordinating content creation for web and social platforms, monitoring web analytics, and supporting sales funnel optimization efforts. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams,



assisting with appointment-setting initiatives, and contributing to growth consulting projects with data-backed recommendations.

The Digital Marketing

Executive is expected to stay updated on digital marketing trends and apply best practices to support client growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Marketing, with experience in performance-driven campaigns and lead generation.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder coordination.
- Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing, with the ability to craft concise, persuasive, and brand-aligned copy.
- Ability to interpret Web Analytics, use data to refine campaigns, and report on key performance indicators.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) and basic SEO principles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or growth-focused environment is an advantage.
- Comfort working in office in Pune Division and collaborating closely with team members and clients.
