nWe are hiring an experienced Design Engineer with hands-on expertise in heavy machinery, sheet metal, weldments, and manufacturing design. The ideal candidate must have strong DFM knowledge and experience working in the manufacturing sector (mandatory).

n???? Key Responsibilities

- Experience in sheet metal and weldments with solid Design for Manufacturing (DFM) knowledge.
n

n
- Perform hand calculations to size structural members, fasteners, and load-bearing components.
n

n

n

n
- Hands-on experience working with driveline systems, engines, and related assemblies.
n

n

n

n
- Develop conceptual designs and possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
n

n

n

n
- Proficient in 3D modeling, conceptual design, and creation of manufacturing drawings.
n

n

n

n




- Strong design background with exposure to product development and manufacturing workflows.
n

n

n

n
- Excellent knowledge of GD&T;, dimensioning, tolerances, and industry best practices.
n

n

nFamiliarity with ANSI standards & AWS specifications.

n

nDesigning supporting structures for: Cone Crushers Vertical Shaft Impactors (VSI) Vibrating Screens

n

nDesigning walkways, railings, and ladders for screens and cone crushers.

n

nPreparing layout drawings based on customer requirements.

n

nDesign and assembly of belt conveyors and related structures.

n

nConducting site visits to understand machine performance in real working conditions.

n

nDetailing individual part drawings and preparing GA drawings in AutoCAD.

n

n Required Qualification

n

nB.Tech / B.E – Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering

n

n1–2 years of experience in Core Manufacturing / Machinery / Heavy Engineering
