Deputy Project Director — High-Rise Residential PMC

Experience: 20+ Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Support the Project Director in managing day-to-day execution and delivery of large-scale high-rise residential projects.

Review project schedules, construction progress and key milestones, and ensure timely follow-up with project teams.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants and internal teams to resolve execution, technical and site-related issues.

Monitor contractor performance, manpower, resources and work fronts to maintain planned project progress.

Identify project risks, delays and critical issues and escalate them to the Project Director with suitable action plans.

Review site reports,



progress updates and project requirements to ensure effective coordination and timely decision-making.

Requirements

20+ years of relevant experience in construction/project management, with experience in a senior project leadership role.

Strong experience in large-scale high-rise residential and mixed-use developments.

Strong site execution and PMC experience with exposure to managing multiple project stakeholders.

Hands-on experience with Aluform and/or precast-based construction/shuttering projects.

Robust understanding of project planning, construction execution, progress monitoring and contractor management.

Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
