Industrial Plots / Industrial Real Estate preferred

Key Responsibilities
Handle sales of industrial plots and understand the complete industrial real estate segment.
Generate and convert leads into site visits and successful closures.
Explain project details, location advantages, pricing, documentation and investment aspects to clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, channel partners and clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups and manage the complete sales cycle.




Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Stay updated with market trends, industrial zones and upcoming opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Strong knowledge of

Industrial Plots / Industrial Real Estate Prior experience in industrial plot sales will be an advantage Positive communication, negotiation and closing skills Strong client & channel-partner handling ability Target-oriented and self-motivated approach Gurgaon / Delhi NCR real estate market knowledge preferred
