Job Summary :
We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in the dairy industry to ensure product quality, food safety, and compliance with standards across operations.
Responsibilities:
Monitor raw milk quality
Conduct lab tests (fat, SNF, MBRT, etc.)
Maintain QC records and hygiene standards
Ensure compliance with FSSAI and food safety norms
Support audits and process quality checks
Requirements:
BSc/MSc in Dairy / Food Tech / Microbiology
1–3 years dairy industry experience (mandatory)
Knowledge of milk testing and QA processes.
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
