Role Description The Real Estate Salesperson is a full time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. In this position, the salesperson will identify potential clients, present suitable residential, commercial, and investment property options, and conduct site visits.

Daily tasks include managing inquiries, maintaining property listings, coordinating with developers and owners, and supporting clients through negotiations and closing processes. The role also involves preparing basic documentation,



updating customer records, and staying informed about local market trends and recent projects to provide accurate guidance.

Qualifications
Strong customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and provide clear, timely communication.
Relevant real estate credentials such as a Real Estate License, along with knowledge of Real Estate regulations and local market practices.
Understanding of Real Property concepts and investment-focused Real Estate, including residential, commercial, and land/plot transactions.
Proven Sales abilities, including lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and achieving sales targets.
Additional beneficial qualifications: familiarity with Mohali and surrounding property markets, proficiency with basic CRM or lead management tools, valid driver’s license for property visits, and ability to work flexible schedule as needed.
