We are looking for a energetic Real Estate Sourcing Executive to drive property sales, handle client inquiries, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Meet Channel Partners and activate them for our project portfolio.
Conduct property presentations and site visits.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
Negotiate and close deals.
Maintain CRM records and assist with documentation.
Skills Required
Robust communication & negotiation skills.
Customer-focused and target-driven.
Basic computer & CRM knowledge.
Self driven and motivated.
Dynamic in nature.
