Job Overview

Countrywide Visas is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Advisor to join our team in Nehru Place, New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable visa and immigration-related information.
Handle customer inquiries through calls, messages, and face-to-face interactions.
Explain company services, processes, and offerings clearly to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with potential customers.
Convert leads into successful sales and achieve assigned monthly targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Maintain professional communication and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal and convincing skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with sales, telecalling, customer service, or visa/immigration experience will be an advantage.
