Lenskart Sales Associate (SA) Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Handling: Welcome customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
Product Recommendation: Suggest suitable frames, lenses, sunglasses, and other eyewear based on customer needs.
Sales & Target Achievement: Drive sales and achieve daily/monthly store targets.
Product Knowledge: Explain frame styles, lens options, features, pricing, offers, and warranty/service details.
Eye Test Support: Assist customers with the eye-test process and guide them as required.
Billing & POS: Handle billing, payments, and POS transactions accurately.
Store Operations: Maintain proper product displays, cleanliness, and store hygiene.
Inventory: Support stock checking, product movement, and inventory management.
Customer Follow-up: Follow up with customers regarding orders, collections, and services.
Customer Experience: Provide a positive customer experience and handle basic customer queries/complaints.
Store SOPs: Follow Lenskart's processes, policies, grooming standards, and operational guidelines.
Team Coordination: Work with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth store operations.
