We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive business for our Pure Power Energy systems (Solar & Commercial Power Distribution). Your main focus is aggressive lead generation, persistent cold calling, and closing commercial sales within the territory.
Responsibilities
Generate & Convert Leads: Turn cold leads into active business accounts.
Promote Products: Sell solar-integrated power systems to commercial clients.
Territory Management: Cover the Guntur and Vijayawada regions effectively.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience.
Robust knowledge of inverters, solar equipment, and power systems.
Background in Electrical or Electronics (preferred).
Excellent cold-calling and negotiation skills.
