Solid experience in SAP Basis administration and production support.
Hands-on experience supporting SAP ECC settings.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud / GROW with SAP.
System monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, transports, jobs, users, roles, and security.
Experience with SAP system upgrades, patches, migrations, and technical issue resolution.
Knowledge of SAP HANA database, connectivity, RFC, interfaces, and integrations.
Experience with SAP Cloud ALM / monitoring tools is preferred.
Understanding of SAP BTP, integrations, and cloud connectivity is a plus.
Strong incident, problem, and change management experience.
Good communication skills and ability to work with functional, technical, and business teams.
