/ Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the overall security operations of the premises.
Deploy, brief, and monitor security guards and other security personnel.
Control and monitor entry/exit of employees, visitors, vehicles.
Ensure proper implementation of access-control procedures.
Conduct regular security rounds and inspections of the premises.
Maintain records of incidents, visitors, vehicle movement, and security activities.
Identify security risks and recommend appropriate preventive measures.
Conduct security briefings and ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
Investigate and report security incidents to management.
Perform any other security-related duties assigned by management.

Eligibility




Candidate should be an Ex-Serviceman from the Indian Armed Forces.
Preference may be given to candidates with experience in security operations, administration, industrial security, or institutional security.
Valuable communication, leadership, discipline, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage security personnel and coordinate with management and local authorities.
Physically fit and capable of handling security-related responsibilities.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
