Manage HVAC, utilities, purified water, electrical, instrumentation, PLC, and facility maintenance operations.
Execute preventive, predictive, breakdown, and shutdown maintenance to ensure plant reliability and uptime.
Lead equipment qualification and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and maintain engineering documentation.
Develop SOPs, maintenance schedules, calibration plans, and compliance records.
Coordinate vendors, contractors, projects, procurement, and inventory management of critical spares.
Ensure effective, compliant operation of all engineering utilities while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
