Security Supervisor – Job Summary

Job Purpose:

Responsible for maintaining overall safety and security of the premises, employees, visitors, jewellery, high-value assets and company property. The role includes supervising security guards, monitoring CCTV/security systems, enforcing SOPs and managing security incidents.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily security operations and guard deployment.
Manage guard attendance, discipline, grooming, briefings and shift handovers.
Conduct regular security rounds and inspections.
Control employee, visitor, vendor, contractor and material movement.
Monitor CCTV and ensure security equipment is functional.
Maintain strict security for jewellery, vaults and high-value assets.
Handle theft, unauthorized access, suspicious activity, accidents and emergencies.
Prepare incident reports and preserve CCTV/evidence when required.
Support fire safety, evacuation, emergency drills and crowd management.
Maintain visitor, material movement, occurrence and security registers.




Coordinate with security agencies, management, police, fire brigade and other authorities when required.

Knowledge of CCTV, access control and security procedures.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualification & Experience
Minimum 12th Pass; graduate preferred.
5–8 years' security experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, banking, corporate, hotels or other high-security environments preferred.
Experience handling high-value assets is an advantage.
Defence, police, paramilitary or skilled security-service backgrounds may be considered.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
