Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate joining and onboarding coordination.
Partner with Hiring Managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements, job specifications, skills and experience expectations.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, employee referrals, LinkedIn, social media, consultants and direct sourcing.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, cultural fit and business requirements.
Coordinate with stakeholders for interviews, feedback, candidate evaluation and selection.
Drive offer discussions, compensation negotiations, offer release and closure.
Preferred candidate profile Should have experience in Manufacturing/Mechanical hirings
