Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with 3–5 years of experience to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally and Zoho Books, along with basic knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting &
Financial Operations:
Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally and Zoho Books
Manage Accounts Payable &
Receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
Assist in maintaining proper documentation of financial transactions
Compliance &
Statutory Support: Assist in GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance
Support in preparation and filing of returns
Ensure timely payment of statutory dues.

Financial

Reporting:
Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial reports




Support audits by providing necessary data and documents
Maintain accurate financial data for reporting purposes. Software &
System Handling:
Work on Tally ERP and Zoho Books for accounting entries
Maintain data accuracy and assist in system updates.

General

Support:
Coordinate with internal teams for financial data
Support the senior accounts team in daily operations

Qualifications &
Skills:
Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
Experience: 3–5 Years in an accounting role
Working knowledge of Tally ERP and Zoho Books
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Positive communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
