We’re Hiring | Solutions Director – Data Services Delivery
Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida & Pune
We are looking for an accomplished Solutions Director / Data Services Delivery Leader to own and drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data & AI programs, covering both Application/Data Development and Production Support.
This is a senior technical managerial leadership role for someone who combines robust data engineering expertise with proven experience managing complex global delivery programs, large teams, senior stakeholders, and account growth.
? Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Data Services Delivery, covering development, enhancements, and L1/L2/L3 production support
- Lead large, complex Data & AI programs across multiple teams, vendors, and geographies
- Drive delivery governance, SLAs, quality, risk management, budgeting, capacity planning, and executive reporting
- Provide technical leadership across data architecture, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, cloud data platforms, data quality, and integration
- Drive technical solutioning for Data & AI opportunities, solutions, and accelerators
- Manage production support operations, including incident management, RCA, problem management, and service improvement
- Drive automation, DataOps, DevOps, reliability, and operational excellence
- Build and lead large global teams across onshore/offshore delivery models
- Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to translate strategy into delivery roadmaps
- Identify and farm Data & AI opportunities within existing accounts, improving repeat business and account value
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 15 years of overall experience in Data Engineering / Technology Delivery
- 5 years in senior delivery or technical leadership roles
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-team, multi-vendor, cross-geography programs
- Strong experience owning both Development/Delivery and Production Support
- Technical expertise across:Snowflake / Databricks / Redshift / Azure Synapse / BigQuery
- Informatica / Talend / dbt / Airflow / Azure Data Factory
- SQL Python / Scala / Java
- Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Modeling, Data Warehousing & Integration
- Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile/Scrum, DevOps & DataOps
- Experience managing and mentoring large distributed technical teams
- Excellent senior stakeholder and customer management capabilities
- Strong experience in account growth, solutioning and Data & AI opportunities
⭐ Preferred
Experience in Managed Services / Global Delivery / Shared Services, cloud cost optimization/FinOps, and certifications such as PMP, SAFe, ITIL or relevant cloud certifications would be an advantage.
