Role Description The Data Science Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The trainer will design and deliver data science curricula, including foundational concepts, statistical methods, machine learning techniques, and practical applications using relevant tools and programming languages. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating teaching materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions and labs, assessing learner performance, and providing feedback and mentoring.





The Trainer will collaborate with academic and industry partners to align course content with current trends, support project-based learning, and contribute to the development of Centres of Excellence in data science and related technologies. The role also involves updating training content regularly, participating in faculty development initiatives, and ensuring a high-quality learning experience for diverse groups of learners.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Science Education with the ability to connect data science concepts to real-world scientific and technological applications.
- Solid understanding of Mathematics, including statistics, probability, linear algebra, and calculus relevant to data science.
- Background in Physics or related quantitative disciplines that supports analytical thinking and problem-solving in technical training environments.
- Experience as a Qualified Teacher or Trainer, with demonstrated skills in Lesson Planning, classroom delivery, and learner assessment.
- Proficiency in data science tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and familiarity with machine learning libraries and visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related field.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly, adapt teaching methods for varied learner profiles, and manage interactive, hands-on sessions.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with academic teams, industry partners, and institutional stakeholders.
- Experience developing curricula or training programs for higher education or skill development institutions is an advantage.
