6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in web-based applications (preferably B2C/B2B eCommerce/Marketing domains).
Robust experience in functional testing (manual) and test documentation/reporting.
Experience with CMS tools like AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) is mandatory.
Exposure to CMS/PIM tools such as WordPress, Spider, STIBO.
Proficient in requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder management.
Able to analyze change requests (CRs), work on PoCs and incident support.
Skilled in creating detailed reports, documentation, and user presentations.
Experience providing training to business users and mentoring junior staff.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum settings using JIRA/ROD.
Versatile with changing priorities and capable of working under pressure
